When treatments keep failing, the approach needs to change
If you’ve tried to fix your pain from every angle and still feel stuck, it may be time to look at the pattern your brain and nervous system are protecting.
Tell Me What’s Going OnFree consult. We’ll talk through your situation and see if this approach makes sense.
This may sound familiar
- You’ve had temporary relief, but the pain keeps coming back
- You’ve tried treatments that made sense on paper but didn’t create lasting change
- Your pain moves, changes, or doesn’t fully match what you’ve been told
- You keep wondering if there’s one more thing you haven’t tried yet
- You feel frustrated that your body seems unpredictable
- You’re tired of having your life decisions filtered through pain
If this is where you are, you’re not out of options. You may just need a different explanation.
What we actually work on
This is not about giving you more random things to try.
In our work together, we look at the patterns that keep your brain interpreting pain as danger.
- Why your symptoms may keep returning
- Why fear and monitoring can keep the pain cycle active
- How to respond differently when symptoms flare
- How to stop treating every sensation like a threat
- How to rebuild trust in your body again
- How to move forward without constantly chasing certainty
This approach
This work is based on Pain Reprocessing Therapy, TMS, and brain-based pain principles.
The pain is real. But real pain is not always caused by structural damage.
When the brain believes something is dangerous, it can create or amplify pain as a protective response.
That protection can become learned, reinforced, and automatic.
The goal is to help your brain stop seeing the sensation as danger.
What people are often feeling before this work
Some people feel afraid. Some feel angry. Some feel discouraged. Some just feel confused because nothing fully explains what they’re experiencing.
Many have had moments where they thought they were finally getting better, only to have a flare pull them back into doubt.
Others have stopped trusting their body because every activity feels like a risk calculation.
Wherever you are in that process, we start by making sense of what’s happening.
Why I do this work
I work with people who have often spent months or years searching for answers.
They’ve tried the logical things. They’ve followed advice. They’ve spent money, time, and energy trying to get their life back.
My goal is to help you stop guessing and start understanding the pattern underneath the pain.
When pain finally starts to make sense, fear can begin to drop. And when fear drops, the brain can begin to change.
Experience and accessibility
I’ve worked with over 150 clients and spent 1000+ hours helping people understand and change brain-based pain patterns.
While many coaches in this space charge significantly more, I’ve chosen to keep my pricing more approachable so this work is accessible to more people.
Coaching options

3-Session Starter Package
The best starting point for most people.
This gives us time to identify patterns, reduce fear and reactivity, work through flare-ups, and build momentum.
We’ll talk through what makes the most sense for you on the consult.
Put the price in perspective
Most people who come to this work have already spent a lot trying to figure out their pain.
- Doctor visits
- Tests and imaging
- Physical therapy
- Massage or bodywork
- Courses, programs, supplements, or other treatments
- Other coaching or approaches that didn’t fully stick
And often, even after all of that, the pain still comes back.
The goal here is different. We’re not adding another random thing to try. We’re looking at the pattern underneath the pain and changing how your brain is responding to it.
That’s why even one focused session can create more clarity than months of guessing.
What people experience
“This was the first time my pain actually made sense. I stopped feeling like something was wrong with my body, and that alone changed everything.”
“The biggest change wasn’t just less pain — it was less fear. I stopped reacting to it the same way, and that changed everything.”
“20 years of pain. Gone in 6 months.”
